Philippine media quoted "Manila Times" comments, during the event "Girls' Generation Day" on the 20th March will create a new world record.
Philippine SNSD fans-club will carry out this big event on the main street of Manila.
Then those fans who bought SNSD "Oh!" album will get the chance to choose their own favourite members' photocards for free.Besides, the fans will also get the offers of joining various SNSD fansclub.
"Girls' Generation Day" will show SNSD as truly worth "Top girls group" title in Philippine.
Last year November, SNSD released their singles "Tell me your wish" (Genie) in Philippine and their album had been top selling in around 80 music stores in Philippine.
Although Korean singers have been quite popular in Philippine's music market but based on album sales volume SNSD is the only girls group ever ranked No.1.
Such explosive popularity was created after the promotion of 2nd album "Oh!" and SNSD MV also ranked No.1 on the Philippine music channel,MYX.
SNSD who had just ended their promotions on "Oh!" will start to prepare and promote for their follow up song, the dark concept of SNSD.
